PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF NOVEMBER 24TH 2016, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are closing our doors for good. We guarantee that all our products are in perfect condition. Please feel confident that in case your product has any imperfections we will refund it, or we will exchange your product if we have inventory. However, in case the product has no imperfections please consider that we can't accept any refunds for this matter after November 24th 2016.
How do I return an order?
Email us at email@example.com and we will send you a pre-paid packaging label via email. Please make sure you ask for a return packaging label within 30 days of your purchase and that your products are unworn, unwashed and undamaged and include all original packaging and tags.
How long does it take for me to get a refund on my returned order?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your request. We will send you a confirmation email letting you know your return has been processed. Then, depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to show up on your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, please refer to our Shipping and returns policy. Please note that due to the constant change in inventory and the sometimes limited quantities and unique items we carry, some products and sizes might no longer be available. Nevertheless, get in touch and we will do our best to get it for you!
If I return an item, does this mean that you no longer donate a day of school?
Nomadista.co accepts returns within 30 days of purchase and we calculate the days of school based on fulfilled orders only.
